An exciting opportunity has become available to join the team at Molenaar and McNeice working as a Property Manager within a close and well-established team. This is a full-time position that will require an energetic, motivated and suitably presented professional to manage our growing number of rental properties. This is an exciting opportunity to further your career in Real Estate and work closely with a very experienced team.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, impeccably organised individual that makes a strong impression on key contacts. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will maintain a high level of integrity and work ethic whilst taking a proactive approach to getting the job done.
- Minimum 1-year experience in a Property Manager role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills and a strong handle on technology
- Strong attention to detail and a diligent work ethic
- Impeccable time management and ability to prioritise effectively
- A current valid Real Estate Registration
